
High School Bowl is a unique and fun competition, offering students in 21 school districts the opportunity to ‘show what they know’ in a wide variety of school subject areas!
This is the longest running competition of its type in the United States (1960) and is made possible by businesses and institutions committed to the young people of Southwestern New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania!
The tournament matches are recorded at the Carnahan Center at Jamestown Community College and broadcast from November through May and can be heard Saturday at 11 AM on WJTN (1240 AM, 101.3 FM, Live Audio Stream), Sunday at 7 AM on WWSE (93.3 FM, Live Audio Stream) and are available in our PODCASTING SECTION the following Monday.
High School Bowl is produced by Dennis Webster of Media One Radio Group and is moderated by Wendy Dyment of Cassadaga Valley High School. The engineer of the program is Brian Papalia of Media One Radio Group and Chautauqua County Humane Society.
