From 10:00AM to 3:00PM

Sled Hockey, founded in 2003, is a unique program that was designed to give physically challenged individuals the ability to play Ice Hockey using specially designed sleds instead of traditional ice skates. The program has offered these individuals the opportunity to play an organized sport that otherwise would not be possible.

 

Special Hockey, founded in 2012, is a program designed for individuals with developmental disabilities to play hockey at their pace and skill level.

 

Both programs have offered individuals with disabilities more than a chance to play a sport. We have had the pleasure of watching their self-esteem grow along with their sense of pride and accomplishment. The smiles on the player’s faces are PRICELESS!

• 10AM 3rd Annual Corn Hole Tournament starts at 10am
• 2:15PM The Lakers Sled and Special Hockey Teams hits the ice to take on the Chautauqua County Sheriffs’ Office
• 50/50 Raffle
• ‘Chuck-a-puck’ Contest
